Release of Liability for Damages

I have been informed by In The Bin Dumpster, LLC, and I understand that the trucks and related equipment used by In The Bin Dumpster in the delivery, placement, setting, use, pick-up and retrieval of the dumpster, may cause damage to yards, landscaping, sidewalks, driveways, patios, soffits, gutters, curbs, fences, pavement, paver, septic, irrigation, underground utilities or other surfaces on which those trucks or equipment travel. I hereby release and hold In The Bin Dumpster, LLC harmless for any damage to property, or injury to persons that may arise out of delivery, placement, setting, pick-up and retrieval of the dumpster.

I agree to indemnify and hold In The Bin Dumpster, LLC harmless in the event that any claims of any nature whatsoever are raised against In the Bin Dumpster, LLC that allege damage to property, or injury to persons arising out of the delivery, placement, setting, use, servicing, pick-up and retrieval of the dumpster.

I understand that any damages to dumpsters left on the service property is the responsibility of the customer/contractor to maintain the condition of the dumpster as it was when delivered. I understand that I will be liable to pay for damages due to neglect or overloading. Our drivers have the right to refuse service for dumpsters that cannot be safely transported.

I agree that this Release of Liability for Property Damage shall be binding to the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns. Neither party may assign this Agreement without the written consent of the other.

I agree that this Release of Liability for Property Damage sets forth the entire understanding of the parties, and it may not be changed except by a written document signed by both parties hereto.

I, the undersigned, am over eighteen(18) years of age, and have full authority to authorize the Release of Liability for any Property Damage and/or any Personal Injury at the said property.
